Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Youvo Inc. They govern your access to and use of Youvo websites apps and services. By creating an account or using the services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree you must not use the services.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and the age of majority in your place of residence. You must have the authority to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Do not share your credentials. Notify us right away of any suspected unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require paid subscriptions or purchases. Prices taxes and fees may vary by region.
• Unless stated otherwise subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel in your account settings or with your platform provider.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners. Your use of payment services may be subject to their terms and privacy notices.
• Refunds are handled consistent with applicable law and our refund policy if any. Certain digital purchases may not be refundable.

User Content

You own your content. By posting or uploading content you grant Youvo a worldwide nonexclusive royalty free license to host store reproduce adapt publish translate display and distribute your content in order to operate improve and promote the services. You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your content and use of the services comply with law and these terms.

Prohibited Conduct

To protect the community you agree that you will not do any of the following:

• Break any law or infringe the rights of others
• Post or share content involving minors or exploitative content
• Post or share content that is illegal fraudulent or deceptive
• Harass threaten or abuse any person
• Upload malware or attempt to access accounts or systems
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Circumvent access controls or use the services in a way that burdens or disrupts them
• Sell transfer or resell access except as expressly allowed

Intellectual Property

The services and all materials provided by Youvo including software design logos and trademarks are owned by Youvo or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly allowed you may not copy modify or create derivative works from them.

Copyright and Takedown

If you believe content infringes your copyright send a notice to dmca@youvo.app with your contact details a description of the work and the location of the content. We may remove content and close accounts for repeat infringement.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the services you agree to our data practices.

Third Party Services

The services may link to or integrate with third party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Your use of third party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The services are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law Youvo disclaims all warranties whether express or implied including warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not promise that the services will be uninterrupted secure or error free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Youvo will not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits revenues data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the services. In all cases our total liability will not exceed the greater of fifty dollars or the amounts you paid to Youvo in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend indemnify and hold harmless Youvo and its affiliates officers directors employees and agents from and against any claims losses liabilities damages costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising out of or relating to your content your use of the services or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms or law or if needed to protect the community or the services. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Dispute Resolution

You and Youvo agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized provider. You agree to a waiver of class actions and jury trials. You may opt out within thirty days of accepting these terms by emailing legal@youvo.app with your account email and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the services or for legal or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes we will provide notice for example by email or through the services. The updated terms will be effective when posted unless stated otherwise. If you continue to use the services after the changes take effect you agree to the updated terms.
