Terms of Service

Effective date October 29, 2025

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Luvra Inc. They govern your access to and use of Luvra websites apps and services. By creating an account or using the services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree you must not use the services.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and the age of majority in your place of residence. You must have the authority to enter into this agreement. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Adult Content (18+)

Luvra is an adults-only platform that may contain sexually explicit content uploaded by verified creators. By accessing the services you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old, that adult content is legal in your jurisdiction, and that you wish to view such content of your own free will. All performers depicted are verified to be eighteen or older, and records are maintained as described in our Section 2257 Compliance Notice.

Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Do not share your credentials. Notify us right away of any suspected unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require paid subscriptions or purchases. Prices taxes and fees may vary by region.
• Unless stated otherwise subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage or cancel in your account settings or with your platform provider.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners. Your use of payment services may be subject to their terms and privacy notices.
• Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and processed through CCBill. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details, including how to cancel a recurring subscription and contact information for billing issues.

User Content

You own your content. By posting or uploading content you grant Luvra a worldwide nonexclusive royalty free license to host store reproduce adapt publish translate display and distribute your content in order to operate improve and promote the services. You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your content and use of the services comply with law and these terms.

Content Review and Pre-Screening

All content uploaded to Luvra is subject to review before publication to ensure that it is not illegal and does not otherwise violate these Terms or our Standards. Pre-screening may include automated checks (for example, image and video analysis) and human review by our trust-and-safety team. Content that we believe in good faith may be illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise in breach of our Standards is held back from publication, removed, or restricted, and the uploader's account may be reviewed for further action. We reserve the right to review any content at any time, before or after publication, and to remove or restrict content accordingly.

We also operate a public reporting and appeals process. If you believe content on Luvra is illegal, non-consensual, or otherwise violates our Standards, or if you appear in content and your consent is missing, withdrawn, or invalid under applicable law, please review our Report Content & Appeals page, which sets out our review timeline (within five business days of a report), the review process, the possible outcomes, and the appeals path — including independent escalation where a dispute cannot be resolved by Luvra. We also operate an Anti–Human Trafficking Policy with zero tolerance for trafficking-related content.

Creator Verification and Consent

Creators must complete government-issued ID verification (including a liveness check) and confirm they are at least eighteen years old before they are permitted to publish content. Creators must also provide a separate, distinct acknowledgement that the persons depicted in their content have given informed, specific, and revocable consent to be depicted on Luvra and to have the content distributed on the platform. Consent records are retained in accordance with applicable law, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where relevant.

Prohibited Conduct

To protect the community you agree that you will not do any of the following:

• Break any law or infringe the rights of others
• Post or share content involving minors or exploitative content
• Post or share content that is illegal fraudulent or deceptive
• Harass threaten or abuse any person
• Upload malware or attempt to access accounts or systems
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Circumvent access controls or use the services in a way that burdens or disrupts them
• Sell transfer or resell access except as expressly allowed

Intellectual Property

The services and all materials provided by Luvra including software design logos and trademarks are owned by Luvra or its licensors and are protected by law. Except as expressly allowed you may not copy modify or create derivative works from them.

Copyright and Takedown

If you believe content infringes your copyright send a notice to dmca@clubluvra.com with your contact details a description of the work and the location of the content. We may remove content and close accounts for repeat infringement.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the services you agree to our data practices.

Third Party Services

The services may link to or integrate with third party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. Your use of third party services is at your own risk and may be subject to their terms.

Disclaimers

The services are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law Luvra disclaims all warranties whether express or implied including warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. We do not promise that the services will be uninterrupted secure or error free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law Luvra will not be liable for any indirect incidental special consequential or punitive damages or any loss of profits revenues data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the services. In all cases our total liability will not exceed the greater of fifty dollars or the amounts you paid to Luvra in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend indemnify and hold harmless Luvra and its affiliates officers directors employees and agents from and against any claims losses liabilities damages costs and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising out of or relating to your content your use of the services or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these terms or law or if needed to protect the community or the services. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Dispute Resolution

You and Luvra agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized provider. You agree to a waiver of class actions and jury trials. You may opt out within thirty days of accepting these terms by emailing legal@clubluvra.com with your account email and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the services or for legal or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes we will provide notice for example by email or through the services. The updated terms will be effective when posted unless stated otherwise. If you continue to use the services after the changes take effect you agree to the updated terms.
